Cancellation policy
By subscribing, you agree to these terms until you choose to cancel. We may terminate your subscription at any time without notice. Your subscription fee will be charged automatically before each shipment. This charge will be based on the subscription frequency you chose or later updated in your account.
a. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will renew automatically. Your payment method will be charged according to your account's billing terms. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to make these charges. We use secure third-party payment services, Shopify and Stripe, for transactions.
b. Updating Payment Information
You are responsible for providing and promptly updating all information to keep your billing and shipping information current, complete, and accurate (e.g., change in billing address, card number, card expiration date, and telephone number). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is canceled or is no longer valid (e.g., loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made in your user account.
c. Failed Payments
If payment fails, we’ll attempt to charge your card again until successful. We may use another payment method on file, involve collection agencies, or terminate your subscription if fees remain unpaid.
d. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, you may do so by canceling your subscription in your account on our website or by contacting orders@bedbabebeauty.com. Once an order has been billed and processed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests must be made before your next shipment renews. Requests received after that will take effect the following month.
e. Charges and Taxes
You agree to pay all charges through the website, including shipping and handling. You're also responsible for any applicable taxes. Products will be shipped to the address you provide, as long as it meets our shipping criteria.
f. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss passes to you once we deliver items to the carrier.
