When will I receive my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. For HI & AK, please allow 10-14 business days.
I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Oh no! Once an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee any changes. However, please send us an email to email@example.com immediately and if your order hasn't left our warehouse just yet, we'll do our best to update your shipping address for you. Just keep in mind, we send a confirmation email right after you place your order, so make sure to double check all the details.
If your order has already been shipped out, we're unable to send another package or process a refund. In this case, you'll need to reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they can redirect it for you.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that things can change, but once an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to assist you.
If your order has already shipped, we'll get in touch with the shipping carrier to see if we can redirect it back to us. In case it's possible, we'll refund your order with a deduction of $10 fee (per case) for re-routing, shipping, and handling.
If the shipment can't be redirected, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it. Just a heads up, we don't cover the cost of shipping to send it back to our warehouse.
My order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.
If your order has been marked as delivered, but it hasn't arrived yet, don't worry! Just give it a little time, sometimes shipping carriers mark packages as delivered, but they may not actually arrive until a few days later. If it still hasn't arrived after 5 business days, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help figure it out.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at the moment, but who knows what the future may hold! Keep an eye out, we may have some exciting news to share soon.
